Shown on Prime Time Television in Italy on 16th July, RAI broadcast the famous Castrocaro Festival.
To make this famous festival, held in the piazza of Castrocaro, even more spectacular Duccio Forzano (the director of the broadcast) and Fabio Brera (director of photography) chose to use a Stark projection system.
The 12 Stark projectors used will fresco three entire sides of the large piazza for the reverse angle shots and to frame the spectators.
Another projection module has been set up to project onto the front of the façade of the church for the close-ups. For the creation of the sets, visual designer Paolo Buroni has developed an original sequence of scenes based on images that bring to mind the language of nature. The idea is that of creating a panorama of immersive images to create effects which are, at the same time, surreal and spectacular.
Stark have been in business now for over 10 years, specialising in large scale projection and multiprojection events. Web Link: www.stark1200.com |
