Entech 2008 preview
Tradeshow prepares for record turnout
Published: 19 January 2008
With less than a month to go and over 500 leading brands and exhibitors already booked this promises to be Australia's largest gathering of entertainment technology.
"The support from the industry has been overwhelming," says Louise Brooks, event organiser. "For the first time in its 14 year history, the event is a sell-out. In 2006, we had over 3,000 visitors to ENTECH. This year, with even more for visitors, we're expecting a record number. Over 1000 people have pre-registered for fast-tracked entry, and the seminar programs are selling fast!"
A nice innovation at ENTECH in 2008 are the Demonstration Rooms.
Jands have released a sneak preview of their Demo Room program, featuring the latest on wireless technology, and an overview of Digital Signal Processing from BSS, Crown, dbx and JBL Pro and be the first to experience powered loudspeakers from JBL.
There will be a demonstration of the key features of the groundbreaking new 1500w washlight from Vari*lite will be presented by George Masek - Vari*Lite Product Manager.
Do you need to demystify the world of dimming technology? What is the best solution for your application? ETC Field Project Manager Jeremy Roberts will demonstrate the key differences between the available products and examine their application to real world problems.
With free entry, Entech say this show is a must-see event for all professional entertainment technology users.
