Selecon contributes to Athena House renovations
Over 150 Selecon luminaires used in revamp of Estonian conference centre
Published: 18 August 2007
The Athena Conference and Incentive Centre is undergoing renovations and restoration work.
The venue, in Tartu, Estonia's second-largest city, was built in pre-Soviet times and, in common with many buildings deemed bourgeoise by the revolutionaries, was allowed to fall into disrepair.
Work is now underway to restore Athena House to its pre-revolutionary splendor. As part of the process, the venue is equipped with Selecon luminaries, including Rama PCs and Pacific Followspots, as well as Acclaim and Pacific Zoomspots.
The venue is due to re-open next year, and is already fully booked.
