Lighting manufacturer Martin has released a 150W effect light for use in shows, live events, etc.

The EFX800 is a 150W discharge effect light with a wide 170 degree spread which rotates and sweeps - wider than any flower effect light in its class, meaning more space can be covered with fewer fixtures. A separate gobo wheel houses 12 cool gobo designs with fast strobe effects achievable via a separate shutter.
